FInd the cause first: There are a few different causes of this. It is important to find if there is an actual reason or if it is just idiopathic. Based on the cause, the tx options are generally conservative starting with physical therapy, stretching and strengthening and rarely braceing or surgery. Try to find out cause first withh a specialist.

Yes: Yes. If secondary to acute fractures of thoracic vertebra, surgical stabization procedures can be performed. If secondary to osteoporosis & compression, vertebroplasty is an option. There are certain exercises that you can perform that can corrective in the young. You would need to see a physical therapist for instruction. There are back support and taping that can be corrective in nature.
