Not at all: Chiros offer a deep thrusting massage based upon an outmoded and disproven theory of disease causation. Kyphosis is structural and cannot be improved with this type of massage. It might make you briefly feel better but will not given longer lasting relief. You should see an orthopedic specialist to have this properly evaluated and get started on a proper path for improvement.

Ok: Kyphosis is a defect the cervical spinal bones and is not correctable by manipulation. But it may help pain.An orthopedist should evaluate.
