How long can you live with colon cancer early stage?

Depends: Early stage 1 or 2 colon cancer, if treated with surgical excision, has very high successful treatment chances. Long term survival to a full normal age can occur with early successful treatment.

As long as anyone: Early stage colon cancer, when found and treated appropriately, has an excellent 5 year survival rate (how we doctors compare 'cure' rates) . Of course, the devil is in the details, and how 'early' is early? Stage 1 colon ca has a cure rate >90% with appropriate surgery and doesn't need chemo, so obviously early detection is the key to better survival!
