Family history: Unless you have a strong family history of colon cancer occurring in first degree relatives at a young age, you need not worry. When you turn 40, discuss it with your doctor if you should have colon cancer screening at that age. Normally it is done at age 50.

Very very rare at 22: At 22, colon cancer is so rare it should be the least of your concerns. Even if you were 50 early satiety is not the usual presentation, rectal bleeding or pain is. It is probably something else!
