Medium sign: When colon cancer starts to bleed, it shows up as occult blood in stool. As it bleed more, the stool color will turn black or red. Then, when your bone marrow, which makes blood cells, cannot keep up with the blood loss, you get signs of anemia. Then as cancer advances, you can get obstruction or perforation., or even spread to liver or other organs. Important to catch earlier than anemia.
