Low fat healthy: Best to avoid fried, fatty, greasy foods, oils, butter, cheeses, mayonnaise. Eat healthier fruits & vegetables. Less meat, little or no alcohol. Surgery if repeated episodes of discomfort, nausea or vomiting despite dietary changes.
