What diet do i follow for kidney stones?

Diet isn't the key: There's a lot of 'pop wisdom' out there about avoiding all kinds of things for stones of various types, and this will greatly interfere with your enjoyment of life for little clear benefit. The key for common calcium stones is staying hydrated enough that your urine remains clear. Cystine, urate and struvite stones require special approaches. Best wishes.

Water/ lemon juice: Drink at least 2.5 liters of fluid a day, low sodium, low protein diet, not necessarily a low calcium diet, and lemon juice, lemon juice, lemon juice. Get lemon juice from the grocery store and add it to water so it is more palatable. There is citrate or citric acid in lemon juice. Citrate helps to prevent kidney stones.
