Go see your DR: For a comprehensive medical evaluation. Tylenol for headache is safe in pregnancy. Gallstones if it cause persistent right upper abdominal pain need to be evaluated by a surgeon. Back pain is usually muscular and pregnancy can contribute to it. Best wishes!
