Maybe: All psychiatric medications will be present in breast milk. The amounts are very small, but definitely present. However, when considering this, you also have to weigh the risk of not taking the medication. For example, a depressed mother who does not take the medication may not take care of her child as well because she is so depressed. These are not simple decisions.

Challenging issue: Despite the importance of breastfeeding for babies & moms, meds in milk is challenging. Several studies have suggested that Prozac specifically may be more present in breast milk than other antidepressants due to longer half-life. Zoloft or Lexapro (escitalopram) could be safer: http://www.Ncbi.Nlm.Nih.Gov/pubmed/22283766 having you un-depressed matters too; you & your doctor know best about you & your own baby.
