Feramax: Feramax is a coated iron tablet that passes through the stomach rather than being broken down there and possibly irritating it. If you're anemic and need iron, this may be a way to take it that does not cause GI side effects (nausea, etc). There's no conflict between it and prozac (fluoxetine).
