Breastfeed ; prozac (fluoxetine): You should call your pediatrician to ask about the Prozac (fluoxetine) and if it is safe for your baby. If you must take the Prozac (fluoxetine) then it is probably better to ween your child now.

Uncertain: There is not enough literature to assess the safety of Prozac (fluoxetine) at any dose while breastfeeding.
