Don't sleep with 'em: Unless your contact lenses are made to be slept in, you should not sleep with your contacts. Even if they are extended wear, you really shouldn't sleep with contacts. If you accidentally fall asleep with them, better to take them out and rinse/clean them. I have been wearing contacts for 25 years, and i almost never sleep with them. It can be very dangerous to the eyes.
