Probably not: If your eyes are not hurting or red, you're probably safe. I would just remove the lenses for the rest of the day and it should be okay to wear them again tomorrow if you have no symptoms. If you do develop pain, decreased vision, or significant redness, you should be seen urgently.

Very unlikely: Contact lenses can usually be worn for a number of hours and soft ones (are yours soft?) can frequently be worn without changing over a weekend. A 3 hour sleep with the lenses in place would almost never cause an infection and even contact lens overwear would be really rare.
