Appendicits: Normal appendix does not ruputre. Rupture of appendix may occur if the organ is inflammed and appendicitis usually causes abdominal pain, fever and other symptoms, after that it is for your doctor to take over and prevent rupture.

Common symptoms: Dscomfort around the belly button, usually moves to the right side of the abdomen over several hours. Worsens with sneezing, coughing, and deep breathing Pain may increase with movement,loss of appetite, nausea,vomiting, swelling of the abdomen,abdomen feels hard,onstipation,mild diarrhea,slight fever.See medical help early and prevent perforation.
