Yes some can help: You can try simple measures that include sleeping on your side, avoid alcohol and sedatives near bedtime, and weight loss. If you are a robust snorer, you may have a condition called sleep apnea (sa) which can be quite detrimental to your health. A sleep study can determine this. There are several centers in our area.
