Herpes?: The pimple sounds like the inflammation around an ingrown hair which should resolve with warm to hot soaks frequently. Blisters on the penis usually suggests herpes infection, but this is unusual without any pain. If you applied any medication to the area this may be a topical reaction to that, or potentially to something your wife has been using for vaginitis.
