Lid Hygeine: Try to clean you eyelids daily with dilute "baby shampoo" and a cotton swab. Place a drop of the shampoo in your palm and dilute it with some water. Work up a small lather and then wet the swab. Clean the base of the eyelashes where they come out of lid of both your upper and lower lids. Do this daily for a while. You can hopefully cut back to less frequent cleaning over time.

Styes: Try warm compresses followed by ocusoft plus lid scrubs, artificial tears, omega-3 fatty acid supplements, and possible topical antibiotic steroid and/or oral doxycycline. See an eye doctor.
