Could mean: Low calcium- low absorption, low vitamin d, low Albumin levels, malnutrition. Low creatinine- decreased muscle mass.

Not enough info...: A low creatinine is not concerning. A low calcium level may be related to many things including vitamin d deficiency, under active parathyroid glands, very low magnesium levels, side effects of medications. However, your doctor would need a serum Albumin level in order to interpret the calcium level. If the Albumin is low, the low calcium level may actually be normal. Check with your doctor.
