Last test showed r.b.c 12x10^6 ( normal up to 5x10^6), crystals: calcium oxalate (+2), creatinine 0.85... i am worry about high rbc. pls advise?

Recheck: First recheck the CBC to make sure there is no lab error. If rbc are out of sight see your doc as he will look at the bigger picture.

Need evaluation...: From what reported, you have significant microhematuria. For someone at your age, a run of evaluation with imaging study (ct.Ivp) and cystoscopy is reasonable, but likelihood to find something significant probably not more than 3-5 %.
