It depends: As long as it is asymptomatic, low BP can imply health. There are lots of people who have systolic blood pressures in the 90s (the top number) and feel just fine. If the low BP causes symptoms (lightheadedness), then that might mean a condition where the body has a hard time keeping the pressures elevated. Your doctor can order a test to determine this.
