Juice/milk: Most common baring any genetic defect. Milk bottle syndrome. Baby is being put to sleep with baby bottle with juice or milk which bathes the teeth at night rotting the teeth causing serve decay. This is a habit that should never have been started.

Depends: The cavities can be caused by many things. Does child sleep with a bottle?--bottle caries mouth. Does child have good brushing and mom brushes or checks brushing? Does child have a high sugar diet? Could also be enamel is "soft" possibly due to developement/genetics, also nutritional deficiencies. Try to determine which cause so you have a chance at preventing another round of surgery.
