Yes.: Everyone is a little different on this. Some get almost no reaction, most gets some minor redness / pain but others get very large local reactions of redness, swelling, pain. Rare individuals will develop systemic and life threatening reactions within minutes - anaphylaxis - involving the airways and circulation. If you develop wheezing, swelling of upper airways or sob see er asap.
