Possible: Colon cancer can spread to the abdomen. Liver, lung and bone. The spread to the live is most common. This tumor can also spread to the brain in rare cases.

Yes, if it spreads: Colon cancer may spread to other organs (metastasize), and the lungs are commonly a site of this spread, the muscles less so. Liver in particular is also common, but many colon cancers do not spread before they are treated (surgery) and chemotherapy is given to help prevent high risk ones as well as to treat it if found to have spread.
