Colonoscopy: Colonoscopy is the best screening tool for colon cancer, it gives the option of diagnosing and sometimes treating( by removing the polyps).

Recent ACG guide: ACG rec, CRC screen in 3 Teirs. .The first-tier tests are colonoscopy every 10 years & annual fecal immunochemical test (FIT), recommended as the cornerstones of screening .The second-tier tests include CT colonography every 5 years, FIT-fecal DNA test every 3 years, and flex. sig. every 5 to 10 yrs.Capsule colonoscopy every 5 years is a third-tie. Screening should start at age 45 -(MSTF) ACG
