Slow flow: You may have a bladder neck contracture which occurs in 10-25% of patients undergoing surgery. Radiation therapy increases the risk of bnc. Surgery is usually needed, a urethral dilation may improve the condition. Chances of urinary incontinence increase if surgery is required.
