Since having a prostatectomy and follow-up radiotherapy my urine flow has been very weak. what can be done to restore a normal flow?

Exercise: You try kegel exercise as often as you can everyday.

Slow flow: You may have a bladder neck contracture which occurs in 10-25% of patients undergoing surgery. Radiation therapy increases the risk of bnc. Surgery is usually needed, a urethral dilation may improve the condition. Chances of urinary incontinence increase if surgery is required.
