No related: Your extremely low vitamin d levels is not the cause of your pain, although it does have some anti-inflammatory properties. The real question is why it's low. Vitamin d1 & d2 are fat soluble precursors to the active form vitamin d3. Issues with fat malabsorption can leavd to vitamin d and other fat soluble vitamin deficiencies such as a, e and k. This is seen in diseaes of the gut.

Maybe: There are many reports of osteomalacia, bone disease from vitamin d deficiency, sufficient to cause chronic pain -- for example, francis of assisi probably suffered from this. We see quite a bit of vitamin d deficiency in adults and children in the us and i've seen this mistaken for "fibromyalgia". Time will tell; good luck.
