Dermatologic: If the white spot is on your forehead, it would fall more in the realm of a dermatologic (skin) specialist to best reply. It is just anatomically above your eye and thus you refer to it as an eye problem. I suggest that you seek counsel from a dermatologist who would be better equipped to respond. There are eye problems that can have skin manifestations. However, yours does not appear to be.

White spot: Your description could bd many things. See an eye doctor and the white spot can be removed.
