Can mild nausea be connected with a stage 2 vaginal vault prolapse with rectocele?

Nope: Pelvic organ prolapse does not cause nausea. Vaginal pressure, difficulty voiding, rectal pressure, and a bulging sensation are more common symptoms. A pessary or vaginal surgery are some of the treatments for this and can be discussed with your gyn surgeon.

Not likely: Vaginal prolapse does not affect the stomach which is up under your rib cage.
