Nope: Pelvic organ prolapse does not cause nausea. Vaginal pressure, difficulty voiding, rectal pressure, and a bulging sensation are more common symptoms. A pessary or vaginal surgery are some of the treatments for this and can be discussed with your gyn surgeon.
