Yes : Vaginal deliveries can cause damage to your pelvic floor muscles. This increases with how long your labor was and how large the baby was, and if you had any lacerations/tears or episiotomy at the time of delivery. Symptoms include pelvic pressure, "bulge" out of your vagina, and difficulty having a bowel movement. Kegal exercises can help. See your doctor if you are having problems.

Rectal protrusion : A rectal prolapse can be a serious problem. There should be a protrusion from the rectum. Unlike a hemorrhoid, which is usually in one location, a prolapse involves the entire circumference of the rectum. It can happen after a single delivery. Sounds like you need to be evaluated.
