Could someone progress from early stage one to advanced stage two cystocele and rectocele and 1-2 uterine prolapse in 10 months?

Yes: There is a possibility for this to happen. If the pelvic floor has a weak structure and a huge pressure is applied in the area(lifting heavy weights, sneezing repetedly, coughing) this may happen. Usually patients describes as a feeling of uterus falling out. In fact is the pelvic floor giving up to huge pressure produced as mentioned above.

Yes : Uterine prolapse, cystocele and rectocele tend to worsen slowly over time. They can sometimes change much more quickly. Occasionally they will worsen instantly with heavy lifting or some other event that puts pressure on the pelvic floor.
