Work on opposite mus: If one group of muscles is too strong the logical idea would be to work on the muscles with the opposite function. If you have some muscles which are much stronger than the antagonist muscles you want to concentrate on strengthening the opposite ones to correct the imbalance (ie quad/ hamstrings).
