Be seen: Short of you having some type of severe neurological condition, it is pretty unlikely that a asymmetry of your trunk or pelvis would be related to a "muscular imbalance". More common culprits would be a leg length discrepancy or scoliosis of your spine. Consider being seen and fully evaluated.
