Yes: Homeopathy & Ayurveda offer treatments for virtually any condition because they attempt to balance the whole person rather than focusing on the diagnosis. There is no guarantee that these treatments will be effective, but they are worth a try since conventional medicine has little to offer for this. Please see my comment for additional information.

Do not work...: There are treatments for pancytopenia, depending on the cause. Please see a hematologist or oncologist to get the help you need for your condition. Homepathy will definitely not work (and will likely cost you $). Ayurvedic, perhaps, but would in consult with you doctor.
