3 years child presnted with increasing pallor lymphadenopathy mainly cervical blood film shows pancytopenia what is ddx and treatment ?

Hematology: This presentsation in a 3 year old demands an immediate hematology evaluation.

Pancytopenia: The next part of the evaluation will be to do a bone marrow biopsy. This will be to understand if the marrow is producing normal blood cells and to help determine why the numbers are decreased.
