Keratosis pilaris: There is no 1 homeopathic remedy that cures all cases of this condition, but consitutional homeopathic treatment may help. A skin problem is only one expression of a deep level disturbance. You can work with an experienced homeopath who will take your whole case & prescribe accordingly; selection will be based on your whole being. Omega-3 and vitamin a supplementation may help too.
