Moisturize: Keratosis pilaris is an unusual presentation of dry skin. Treatment involves the use of specialized moisturizers that contain either urea or lactic acid. Sometimes peeling agents like salicylic acid or retinoids may be useful. It can be a challenging problem to treat, see your dermatologist.

Keratosis pilaris: There is no 1 homeopathic remedy that cures all cases of this condition, but consitutional homeopathic treatment may help. A skin problem is only one expression of a deep level disturbance. You can work with an experienced homeopath who will take your whole case & prescribe accordingly; selection will be based on your whole being. Omega-3 and vitamin a supplementation may help too.
