Impossible: Microcephaly is an anatomic problem, often caused by genetics. It cannot be treated in any way through any medicine, including homeopathic.

Nor, may I add, can anything else in this world be treated by homeopathy. Please see Wikipedia's entry for homeopathy for a full discussion of why it is utter quackery, and an extensive list of ways people have proven it.

Collaborative care: People with microcephaly generally have complex problems that come along with the size of their heads. Homeopathy will not alter the microcephaly itself, but may well help seizures and behavioral problems that the person also has. I would suggest teamwork between a good family physician, neurologist, and experienced homeopath in working with such a person over time.
