Toe nail surgery: Usually after toe nail surgery...You are able to bear weight....Immediately. But, if you are to active you will flush out your local anesthetic.... I recommend staying off your foot for the day of surgery...And then resuming your activity as tolerated...But, keep it clean and covered...Be sure to confirm this with the doctor who is doing your surgery...Procedures vary...
