Yes.: Nothing about either disorder protects an indvidiaul from having both. In fact, some have suggested that risk of tourette's disorder may be slightly higher among patients with asperger's disorder than in the general population, although i'm not aware of studies demonstrating this.

Yes: 9% of children with autistic disorder have tics. These don't always meet criteria for tourette's, but some do.
