Many: Muscle relaxants (i.e. Skelaxin, (metaxalone) flexeril), neuropathic agents (gabapentin, lyrica), opiates (morphine, hydrocodone), Lidocaine and other local anesthetics, tyelenol, along with many other drug classes do not thin the blood. Aspirin is the most commonly used pain killer that will act as a blood thinner.
