No: As long as you have normal liver function, and take the recommended doses, vicodin does not have blood thinning qualities. Medications like aspirin, ibuprofen, advil, alleve, and exedrine do have blood thinning qualities.

No: There is nothing in hydrocodone or Acetaminophen (the ingredients of vicodin) that alters blood clotting.
