Leafy greens: Dark leafy greens (kale, spinach, collard greens, mustard greens, chard, cabbage), asparagus, prunes, pickles, brussels sprouts, scallions and herbs are among the most problematic of foods (i.e., foods with lots of vitamin k which can slow the effects of blood thinners like coumadin (warfarin).).
