How long does it take for post gingivectomy regrowth?

2-3 weeks: Usually after such a treament my patients notice their gums to be nearly completely healed in 2 - 3 weeks some after only 7 to 10 days.

Up to 6 months: A true gingivectomy results in a large area that can take as much as 6 months to regenerate. A flap procedure will take much less time to heal.
