Ear Infection or TMJ: You should first see an ENT specialist to rule out an ear infection. If that has been ruled out then it may be related to a TMJ problem in which case you should see an oral surgeon.

Right ear pain when I swallow. I had issues with fluid in my ears when I was a baby. Could not hear for first 3 years of my life. Had lots of tubes put into both ears. I was diagnosed within the last year with 10% hearing loss in right ear.
