You may have: Many things get stuck in the throat, fish bones, too large hot dog or meat bites, toothpicks, etc. Also it is possible for an ear infection to feel like throat pain but not usually. If you are in a "lot of pain" go to the er or doctor's office now. If it is an object hung up a gastroenterologist can use a flexible scope to remove it after you are sedated.
