Goals: You don't have to feel like doing something in order to do it. Try to set small, attainable goals. People often get overwhelmed if they think too big. If you think you should be going for a mile long walk but can't motivate to do it, change your goal. Plan to walk to the mailbox. Then plan to walk an extra step the next day. Take credit for doing the little things.
