See below: Look at the positive aspects of your environment.; create a positive summary of your day --best things that happen to you during the day; good sleep hygiene. Relaxation, self-care, positive affirmation. You might want to consider seeing a counselor to help guiding you through the process.

A few ideas: Hopefully you are working with a therapist to discover and deal with the roots of your "low" feeling. In the meantime, some simple ideas which may or may not appeal to you: it can help to have a pet, or interact with puppies & kittens. The play is stimulating, and the movement is physically good for you. Pets need care and affection, and giving it feels good. They respond to your touch. Nice.
