Same as nonpregnant: A vaginal trichomonas infection may have no symptoms or a vaginal discharge that is often copious, foul smelling, irritating or itchy, sometimes described as green in color, and sometime frothy of foamy. The signs and symptoms are the same regardless of pregnancy.
