Gals itchy, pain: Women can feel pain during sex, feel itchy inner thighs/vulva/vagina, or notice a funny smell or a thin green-yellow discharge from their vagina.

Vaginal discharge: Although patients' symptoms may vary, most patients will experience moderate vaginal discharge with odor. Unfortunately, other less medically significant diagnoses such as bacterial vaginosis may mimic these symptoms, which is why you should have a wetmount done to accurately make the diagnosis. Trichomonas is a sexually transmitted disease and both you and your partner will require treatment.
