It's very hard for me to wake up in the morning. i am getting more sleep than usual : 8-9 hours, usually. i don't have other signs of depression. ?

Deep sleep: If you sleep very soundly for 8-9 hours, you may build up carbon dioxide which makes you feel hungover when you finally awaken. However if you still feel very tired after being up and about, I recommend having an examination by your physician to look for underactive thyroid, anemia,etc. Depression is another possibility. Discuss this with your physician if it's an issue.
