Common feeling: Many people with major depression feel more depressed when they wake up, and find that this lightens later in the day. It may have to do with the fact that this is when you're more alone with your [depressed] thoughts -- and then the activities and people in your day can bring you out of that funk at least somewhat. I see no treatment for depression in your info, but i hope you're receiving it.
